  Frank is the best employee only deal with him. 10/10. If you try and shoplift he will tackle you. Saves h&m thousands. They would be idiots to let him go. Deserves a raise or promotion to part time manager. As for the store itself leaves a lot to be desired mostly go to watch Frank skillfully handle customers and his detective work tracking down and bringing shoplifters to justice. If you're a criminal don't even try. He's not the hero h&m deserves but the hero it needs. If you see him leave a tip he's keeping you safe while you shop in comfort. Your size is only in stock because he keeps the shoplifters away.
